Your Health coach to a happier and healthier you
ABOUT ERIN CHRISTOFF
I am dedicated to making women feel healthier and happier. I believe that taking care of your emotional health is just as important as taking care of your physical health. You can eat kale and goji berries all day but if you are constantly stressed, have toxic relationships with your body or not taking care of the root problem, there is a road block to your recovery. I want to help you uncover deeply rooted patterns so we can get you healthy as possible! If you're ready to put in the work, I am ready to help you feel your best!
While I was a modeling I realized something was missing in my life. I was tired all the time constantly stressed, and had migraines that kept me from being productive. I was missing emotional health. I was doing everything "right" according to what I was reading. I was getting enough protein, eating healthy fats like avocados and olive oil. I tried to eat at least 2000 calories a day, and I took supplements like b12, d, and iron. I was doing everything I thought I could but I still felt like something was missing. I made home cooked meals. I began to meditate. I stood up for myself in toxic work environments and I listened to myself in situations. I stopped doing things that I hated, like participating in fashion week, going to the gym, and I started doing things that I love! I began to do pilates, rather than only going to the gym, and enrolled in school. Over time, I began to feel healthy again. This is when it became apparent to me that health is much bigger than what's on your plate, or how many pounds you can lift. I realize that nutrition and exercise are important, but health is about taking care of all of you, including your mental and emotional health.

"I am rather distracted, and she has lots of simple tools to help with that to better make healthy living accessible. I am feeling far more nurtured and grounded. And it feels as though so much more growth is possible, and I feel optimistic instead of overwhelmed."
